•⁠ ⁠Expand your vocabulary with idiomatic expressions and travel-related topics to improve your fluency and conversational skills.

GRAMMAR IN CONVERSATION WORKSHOP

•⁠ ⁠Gain a strong foundation in grammar, including word formation, subject-verb agreement, verb tenses, and verbal moods such as the imperative and subjunctive. Delve into advanced topics like compound tenses, object pronouns, and pronominal verbs.

I’m Virginia, your Brazilian Portuguese teacher.

I created this school to help Portuguese learners around the world achieve their dream of becoming fluent in Brazilian Portuguese.

I’ve always been passionate about languages. Other than Portuguese (my native language), I also speak English, French, and Spanish. My own experience with foreign language learning has given me the vital tools to help my students in their learning journey.

      What is the best course for me?

      If you’re starting your learning journey now or have studied for less than 3 months, we recommend you take our courses in the following order:

      1. The Essential Course for Beginners (beginner level, A1)
      2. Pre-Intermediate Workshop (upper-beginner level, A2)
      3. Grammar in Conversation Workshop (intermediate level, B1)
      4. Speaking Brazilian Academy (upper-intermediate & advanced, B1, B2, C1)

      How does the course work?

      Our digital courses are completely self-paced and can be taken at your own convenience. Each course is divided into 12 modules, and each module includes downloadable worksheets, video lessons, audio lessons, pronunciation training, speaking exercises, and a quiz to test what you’ve learned.

      We recommend studying one module per week to complete each course in 12 weeks. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll have access to a new module every week. If you get behind, don’t worry. You can come back to the lessons when you have time.

      In addition to the digital course, you have the option to upgrade to the Premium Plan later and join our group classes via Zoom (6-10 students) and weekly Q&A sessions.

      When does the course start and finish?

      Our digital courses are completely self-paced – you decide when you start and when you finish. We recommend studying one module a week to complete each course in 12 weeks.

      How long do I have access to the course?
